Julia Mosley

Julia is a teacher, singer and songwriter who performs solo and with her band on the Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire music scene. In 2017 she released her debut solo EP ‘Once in a Blue Moon’ and has written, performed and released music as part of various collaborations over the past ten years, including full length albums and performances at venues and festivals across the country such as Birmingham Symphony Hall, The Sugarmill, Victoria Hall (Hanley), The Acoustic Festival of Britain, Llangollen Faery Festival, The Yardbird Jazz Club, and The Cavern Club (Liverpool). At the age of 15 she won the ‘Staffordshire’s Pop Stars’ competition with an original composition called ‘Slipping Away’ which later appeared on her debut self penned and home-made album ‘Fairytale’.

Julia’s qualifications are Grade 8 (Distinction) Popular Music Vocals (London College of Music),  BA (First-class honours) in Popular Music and an MA (Merit) in Contemporary Arts from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Julia teaches at Sandbach Music on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
